East 71st Street between Grant Avenue and Canal Road   Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio

The police patrol this section of East 71st pretty much all day long. The speed limit is 25mph, so be mindful of that! The most heavily patrolled times are in the morning and in the afternoon when the school children are out and about. The speed limit is 20mph then. The cars are parked along the sides of the street, the cemetery just to the north of the school and the cross street to the south of city hall during these times. The also use the parking at the Hillside Party Centre and also the big dirt lot where the semis park just before you go over the train tracks NB or after them SB.

On Interstate 71 south bound exit ramp to Rt. 21.   Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio

Cop sits at end of half mile long ramp where 35mph is advisory only. Gives ticket as soon as crossing onto city part of freeway looking, 4 lane roadway without allowing for legal deceleration. I fought it and had it reversed by the appeals court. Cost city over $700 to pay me back all the expenses.

SB on I 71 coming from Cleveland, exiting onto St. Rte. 21 heading for Independence OH..   Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio

The Freeway and exit ramp that crosses back over the freeway, are 60 mph and suddenly at the end of the ramp is 35 mph sign without advance notice of speed reduction. Cop sits right across from sign and writes ticket location as 1/4 mile past the sign when the radar reading is for on the ramp before the 35 mph sign. The section of Rte 21 is 4 lanes, undivided, elevated, steep drop off on each side, a long bridge, more elevated with steep drop off, another bridge with cloverleaf interchange, then after 1/2 mile, a motel. Cop writes ticket as business and homes in area.
