Yellow Springs Rd/Fairfield Pk   Fairborn, Ohio

Rural setting, driving toward the 235 from Yellow Spgs- as the road widens, you come into Fairborn, and go down a large hill. I got nabbed going down the hill, 70 in a 55 zone.

After you go under the 675 overpass and drive through a short winding stretch of trees, there's often a police car waiting at your left in the parking lot of Pin High golf range.

Fairborn Police usually park at the entrance to the water treatment plant, at the end of Sunset Drive, to catch anyone going over 25mph coming up the hill. You usually can't see them until it's too late.

State Highway 235 near City Limits   Fairborn, Ohio

As you drive by Wright-Patterson AFB, the speed limit is 45 mph for a 4-lane highway in a mostly rural area. The OHP and WPAFB Security Police (yes, they have been granted enforcement authority by the state) routinely patrol this section of 235.

Also, as you approach Fairborn on the same road, you round a right-hand bend where the speed transitions from 45 to 35. Fairborn PD likes to set up shop in an abandoned used car lot just inside the city limits. Be sure to check your speed; you will be unable to see John Law until you are on top of him.
