The section of Hume rd that you need to be carefull in is between Shawnee rd and S. Dixie Hwy. When traveling east on Hume west of Shawnee rd the speed limit is 55, and drips to 45 in Shawnee twp. When you cross into Fort Shawnee the spped drops to 35 when no or little warning. The police patrol this road a lot and will write you tickets for doing 10 over the limit.
