3rd Avenue NW at 8th Street NW   Hickory, Ohio

Member of City Council lives on 3rd Ave NW and pushed through 25 mph speed limit on downtown streets. 3rd Ave NW is a heavily traveled route one way west bound. From 6th St NW, the roadway goes downhill and it is almost impossible to keep any vehicle at or near 25 mph even coasting. The police like to sit backed into 8th St NW on the right where the car is hidden by a house until you are right on top of the trap. Also watch out on 2nd AVE NW one way east bound from 4th St NW which is also downhill. Just past 5th St NW, they police like to sit on the left partially hidden by a tree and catch cars coasting doen the hill at more than 25 mph.
