They will sit in the parking lot or right across the street, and nab people as they go by. It's a fairly good hiding spot, so keep your speed down near the underpass.

State Route 2   Hicksville, Ohio

SR 2 (E) and SR 49 (N) separate east of Hicksville, the State Highway Patrol or Hicksville Police will sit in the parking lot of the Hicksville Township. They may be patrolling either SR at this corner. Be alert of your speed as you enter Hicksville and as you exit Hicksville. (I've seen local police follow citizens 2 miles east of Hicksville on SR2.) People tend to slowly accelerate to 45-55 while still in town or do not slow down quikly enough for these officers.
