Harvard Road--west of Green Road to Warrensville Center Road   Highland Hills, Ohio

The police cruise often is sitting in a drive that is nestled off of Harvard Road, mid point between Green Road and heading toward Warrensville Center Road. Harvard Road is now 35 mph---no longer any 50 miles per hour. Highland Hills is in dire need of $$$$ and they wait to pounce like a cat on a mouse----big source of revenue for this city.....driver beware!!

Northfield Road near Harvard Street   Highland Hills, Ohio

Pay attention when traveling on Northfield Road (just south of Harvard Road. Near the high school, there are often two or three cruisers running radar. I have no complaint on enforcing speed limits, especially in school zones. However, the school zone hours are not posted and the flashing lights are not always on during supposd times of enforcement. A crusier often sits in a community center driveway, right beside a speed limit sign that posts 40 MPH -- very deceiving. You think you're out of the 20-MPH school zone when you see the 40 MPH speed limit sign. But you're not. A lot of people have tickets to prove it.

Harvard Road near Cuyahoga Community College   Highland Hills, Ohio

Since this city has basically no residents the cops have plenty of time to hand out tickets. They fester at the top of the hill on Harvard Rd. where it intersects with Cuyahoga Community College. There also is a unoccupied black and white police sport utility vehicle always parked on the right side before the speed goes from 50MPH to 35 MPH. I feel they use this to make people figure they just passed the trap, think again.

Chagrin Boulevard near Graveyard Entrance   Highland Hills, Ohio

Officer usually is positioned about 50 yards from entrance on an angle. Based on the angle of the cruiser it appears they are primarily targeting traffic leaving Shaker Heights and heading East on Chagrin Blvd. between Warrensville Center & Green Roads.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
