I've been pulled over at least ten times driving this stretch of Valley View over the years. Also, the right hand sweeper turn from Eastbound Katella onto the Southbound Valley View is a high banked speed racer's delight... but it is also an invite to work on your high speed apex turning. Go smooth into the apex, accelerating fast out of the apex and the cops will be waiting for you near the carpet factory or Eastgate Beauty Supply driveways in their low profile CPD Dodge Chargers with NO LIGHT BARS.

Valley View St. & Katella Ave., Hope St./Chip Ave.   Cypress, California

Just 1 block north of Katella Ave., when on Valley View St., make a right onto Hope St. This is a 25mph zone due to being a business road. I believe they just posted the 25mph sign last week. Hope Streed curves and becomes Chip Ave. which meets Katella Ave. again. They are always getting people speeding on this as the other side of Hope St. is 35mph.
