Detroit Avenue near Franklin Boulevard   Lakewood, Ohio

Lakewood police commonly sit between parked cars on any north-south side street running between Clifton Blvd, Detroit Ave, Hilliard/Franklin Blvd and Madison Ave. Speed limit is 25. They use cars without a permanent gumball, just a small one on the side of the roof, probably magnetic. If you come flying down the street it's too late by the time you go by him and notice he's not just another parked car. They've been doing this since the 1970s and I just saw them parked on side streets two or three times not two weeks ago.

W. 117th Street near Carbon Road   Lakewood, Ohio

W. 117th street from Carbon Road to Clifton Blvd heading both directions has officers that sit continuously in fast food parking lots and around bridge pillars. They show no mercy, so be careful.

Both Cleveland and Lakewood local police patrol this area, as it a major throughway with lots of business and high rise apartment buildings

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
