State Route 199   Millgrove, Ohio

Enforcement is present 90% of the times I've driven through town. This is a COMMON speedtrap in which everyone within a half hour driving distance is aware of. Therefore rarely do these people speed, and they make up for a great percentage of those driving thru town. I have recieved a ticket for going 39 in a 35 (I was going 35), a ticket for going 44 in a 35 "while entering town" which was clocked from at least 75 yards away with cars in front and behind. (I was positively going 30mph) And "warned" for going "too slow" at 20 in a 35. All cases were dropped without discussion when I got to court, (the magistrate said he does not usually pursue tickets under 10mph over the limit) but I still had to pay my (still increasing) court costs. I am currently attempting to fight this speed trap so if you have your own stories, please email me.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
