Cops like to sit up the hill slightly on Dineen and you don’t see it until it is too late.
Rt4 or Rt 63
Anywhere in Monroe on Rt4 you are subject to speeding or window tint tickets. Rt 63 also between rt4 and US42 (CinDay Rd). Police like to hide off road or behind bushes to catch you. Window tint tickets seem to be a favorite of some officers. Best bet is to avoid Monroe entirely if you can.
Cincinnati Dayton Rd. Bottom of hill south of the village
Monroe’s finest sit at bottom of hill in the parking lot of the apartment building and radar up hill into the 25mph zone.
Talls Oaks Dr & Granny Smith Ln
Cops like to sit at the entrance to Tall Oaks. Faces southbound traffic on RT4. Well hidden till you get up on them. Like to hand out speed tickets as well as repair/unsafe orders.
Greentree RD just past the I-75 overpass
Monroe’s finest like to sit on a small access road just out of sight when coming over the hill from the east. They can be here at all hours, day or night.
