Union Twp Constable runs radar check in vacant lot in front of old Morristown Elementary School Building (now an administration building). Speed limit changes from 55 mph to 45 in a one mile section. Sparse population and easily assumed to be a 55 mph section. Ohio State Patrol works this section during holidays and nights for easy catches.
