Northbound Rd 88 (Tulare Co) or Crawford Ave (Fresno Co)   Dinuba, California

The two miles of Crawford Ave (in Fresno County) or Rd 88 (in Tulare County) between the stopsign at Dinuba Ave (Fresno Co) and the stopsign at Nebraska Ave (Tulare Co) is a raceway, especially during early morning commute hours, with vehicles often reaching 80-90 mph or more; speed limit is 55 mph. Responding to complaints of homeowners, CHP does heavy radar enforcement in both directions throughout this stretch of road, often hiding on cross streets or in driveways.

Mountain View / El Monte Way 1/4 mile into the city limit sign   Dinuba, California

Driving into town from CA-99 on Mountain View Ave, you will reach the Dinuba City Limit sign at the traffic light where Bret's Chevrolet is located. The speed limit drops from 55 to 45 at the city limit sign. As you reach the end of the block at the far end of Bret's parking lot, the speed limit immediately drops to 35. The Dinuba Police Department loves to catch people in this stretch of road where the speed limit drops drastically.
