Interstate 70 east bound, mile marker 169 , at the Guernsey County Line   New Concord, Ohio

1 to 4 patrol cars parked in the median taking turns using their laser guns, they are always shooting the east bound traffic, as you pass the SR 83 exit they are shooting you. If you don't know exactly where to look for them, they have you before you see them. I travel this road daily and they are there about 75% of the time. There are also Lines painted in this area also for aircraft enforcement that they use from time to time.
