The police sit and wait on cars one on one end of the town and one on the other, they tell each other what cars to stop for whatever reason, tail light out, going through town too late, etc.........

St Rt 7 through proctorville   Proctorville, Ohio

City cops like to hang out mainly at the second light coming in to town from North or south sometimes both directions, they also hide on the side streets so you can't see them till it is way to late. They will pull you over for just about everything and anything they can think of just to waste your time.
