Richmond City Police is out there in Richmond hiding. You can not tell where they hide at. I sometime see them passing by the Richmond Post Office and also sitting by Everhart Funeral Home. The Richmond Police will get you if your going over 1 or 2 1/2 mph over the limit they got cha. My mom told me the Richmond City Police are mean and nasty.
