all over the town main street   Ripley, Ohio

If you are traveling south through that town, you are dumped off Route 62 which is 55 PM right into the downtown which is 35 mph. And the cops just sit there waiting for you. I got $114 ticket for going 46 in a 35. The cop did a complete u-turn right in the middle of the street to come after me! It is obviously the ONLY form of income for that god forsaken Appalachian city. BEWARE!

US Highway 52 near Whole Village   Ripley, Ohio

State highway Patrol frequents this area, in the village, not uncommon to see 5 cars on the weekend, frequently pulling over people, nearly harassing people. When the State pulls you over, they are very nosey and very rude. Also, look out for them, because I have seen them go through town fast with no warning devices on and make u-turns in the middle of the road. I have lived in the town for 30 years, and the village cops are nice to people, they follow the laws, and do a good job protecting our town!

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
