They set at night with no lights on in a normal parking spot as if they are just another car in front of a home.

US Highway 62 near Diner/Church   Russellville, Ohio

On US 62 on the South Side of the village, especially on the weekends, you can usually find a car either at the dairy diner lot or in the parking lot of a church which is just up the street from the dairy diner---on the left hand side of the road traveling southbound 62. This happens late nite/day time/ really any time of the day.

US Highway 62 near State Route 125   Russellville, Ohio

They have a new officer in Russellville that has excessively enforces the speed limits, and other "minor" offenses. This is definatley a town that you want to slow up BEFORE you get into the corp limits, and WATCH the 25 zones which run in the middle of the town, and speed up way after you get out of the village. It is not uncommon to see police cars sitting with no parking lights on at night, also.

State Route 125 near columbus and main streets   Russellville, Ohio

There is a new cop in town that like is severely running traffic and seat belt citations. The RPD has been also known to be sitting "blacked out" during the night. In the center of town, the speed drops to 25, and that is where people need to really watch.
