Coming up the hill heading west on Rt644 towards Kensington, you think you are out of town but you are not and he sits on the right in the 'you store-you lock it' looking both up and down the hill.
Coming from Kensington, he will be on the left at the 'store it' about 100yds inside the city limit sign.

State Route 39 near haytie Road   Salineville, Ohio

police set in the haytie road area usually off the road close to old bridge very hard to see when leaveing town going back to wellsvile. Also they set on the oposite side of the road to catch people comeing into town also very difficult to see tyhem till to late you are blind till it is to late
