Sandusky, Ohio Speed Traps

speed limit is 35mph .. the crusier sets on the right going south in the vacant lot by a small gray building about 1/2 mile south of rt 6..

Speed changes from 55 to 35 (there are signs posted). Cops usually sit in the parking lot on the left and catch people as they speed by, usually because they didn’t look at the sign.

Sandusky Police car parks on south side of RR underpass and in grass/gravel lot on west side of Camp St. Looks to catch speeders heading southbound on Camp St. as they emerge from the RR underpass.

Remington Ave should be a 35 mile a hour street but do to pressure put out by senior residents living on the street the posted speed limit is now 25 miles an hour. This is way too slow for this street but do to the residents complaining, a police car is usually parked on Laurel lane by the train tracks just out of sight as you come down from Perkins Ave.

They wait in the parking lot of the donut shop across the street.
