Rt.301, North end of town. Church parking lot   Spencer, Ohio

Police sit in church parking lot and run radar. This is where speed limit drops from 50 MPH south bound to 35 MPH. They will also be looking for bad tail lights or whatever to pull you over, especially in the early hours. They have 2 cars and sometimes, when you think your past one, another is waiting. County sheriff uses the same areas at times.

State Route State Route 301 near approx. 1,000 feet south of J.B. Firestone Park., in Spencer.   Spencer, Ohio

Spencer Police sit at the entrance of this park, just 500 feet(approx) from speed change. 35 to 55 mph. Most people
start to speed up prior to actual speed increase and busted.
This happens DAILY! Watch your speed. DO not excelerate
until you pass the 55 mph sign. ALSO, do NOT tailgate slow
drivers. I have seen people get busted for following someone too close also.

Speeding Tickets

Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
