West Side speed is 35 while East side is out of the city and 55. City, County Sherrif and Highway Patrol all hide and ticket the southbound side. Look behind the signage at Health and Human Services; In the parking lot at the Morman Church or parked beside the white building south of "D". Sometimes all three prowel at the same time. Tickets at 45 MPH to the unsuspecting southbounders with extra inspection for DWI and contraband.

Officers use a handheld stopwatch from an aircraft, alledgedly timing between two painted lines on the road for a 1/4 mile area. They then radio down to a ground officer with nothing more than a car color to pull a vehicle over. There is no video verification or other hard evidence. The Fulton County judge is part of this scheme, they don’t plead any cases down nor offer any deals. The fine is low so most people simply pay the fine and go on. One attorney told me this has been going on for years and the new judge is carrying on the same practice as the previous court did. Watch out in Wauseon, Fulton County, Ohio!
