Throughout the village of Waverly

The village police officer speeds up behind your vehicle, which causes a distraction. If you’re not paying attention you’re caught. This is a favorite in an area just before the speed limit drops. An example is Howard Road entering the north end of town where the speed drops from 35 to 25. I believe this technique is called "tailgate and ticket."

This 10 mile stretch of highway is loaded with State Troopers almost every day. And watch the 3 mile hill just north of Waverly. Speed can increase unintentionally.

23, and whole town

I live and street race in Waverly all the time. There are cops hid at all of the obvious spots. The police department and Sherriff stations both just got new Under Cover cars. The police got the cheapest of all u.c. cars. all white crown vics. with two huge antennas and black factory "cop rims" The sherrifs just got new contors and taurus’s. They went all out, the got red AND black ones. You can tell by checking their plates. U.C. plates (at least in Waverly) are red letered. I have been pulled over twice for no reason at all. Never been cited though, they had no reason. Not even the old "You, got a taillight out." routine. They said my car matched the description of a car they had a A.P.B. out on. So just be carefull and observe when rolling through the tiny town of waverly. P.S. i have learned to memorize most of the cars I know in the day time at night. Saves me about evrynight.
