U.S. 280   Childersburg, Alabama

Going into Childersburg on U.S.280 East, the speed limit drops from 65 to 45 just past the Coosa River bridge at the city limit sign. At most times you will see them sitting there waiting for the unsuspecting traveller to fail to slow down in time. 45 mph. is too slow for a 5 lane highway. Night times, they cleanup here.
