Unity Road

Kingston, OntarioApr 13, 20100 Comments

Police have cars that can get you coming or going. The road has 3 different speed zones 80, 60, and 50 km. I got nabbed going 80 in a 60 by a cruiser that was driving the opposite way that I was going. After I paid the fine I noticed that the cop was wrong. There’s a stretch in that road between Elginburg and Glenburnie at the bottom of the hill that is 80km. Thats where I was ticketed. I seen a cube van a couple days after getting a ticket the same way. The cop was driving the opposite way. Also, I live on Unity Road and I have seen unmarked cars parked on the side of the road catching speeders.

Bayridge and Front

Right after you turn right onto Front from Bayridge (down by the Lake) there is almost always a cop sitting there, he got me the other day doing 72, its a 60… there was a car behind me and a car in front me doing the same speed… my lucky day! lol

The Old Train Station On Montreal St.

They have been doing radar the past few days. Normally 2 cars sit there and are probably gabbing but, at any rate, they are really watching for speeders over 50kms. Beware!!!!!!

Not as bad as they used to be…but got pulled over for doing 63Kms in a 60…I have been passed through this spot a number of times by other impatient drivers but have never seen them pulled over

On Taylor Kidd Blvd between Princess St & Centennial Dr

Kingston, OntarioMar 16, 20101 Comments

Police are usually sitting on Waterloo Dr -North side of Taylor Kidd waiting for speeders travelling west bound (towards Centennial Dr.) This is a 60 kmh zone however most are doing 80 kmh. Frequently see cars pulled over at different times of the day.
