River Rd N of Gloucester just N of Meldrum Bar Park Rd   Gladstone, Oregon

Gladstone Police in marked black-and-whites and motorcycles will hide behind fence at car dealership to get speeders in this 30mph zone, will also stop and ticket if you get into the bike lane. NO WARNINGS. Even on a Sunday afternoon with no bicycles or parked cars in sight.
