entire city limits   Madras, Oregon

Madras has a 25 mile an hour speed limit and also two school zones that drop to 20mph that are closely monitored. Also, one Madras city policeman has taken it upon himself to personally enforce the seatbelt law. He writes more seatbelt tickets than any other law enforcement officer in the entire state of Oregon. An old white haired guy who should retire.
