State Highway 99 near Main Street   Pheonix, Oregon

There are many speed zones beginning on Hwy.99, when entering Phoenix from both Talent or Medford. Speeds between 55 and 20, are contained within a short area, and change rapidly. It is not as bad of a speed trap as it used to be, but it is a carefully planned out area where you must be very alert to the signs (some hidden by vegetation) and not let drivers who are on your tail cause you to speed up, as you are likely to be the one who will be ticketed for speeding, not them.

Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
