Officer sits in a gated dead end turn off right before you approach carnes rd driving on happy valley rd. coming from highway 99.Officer is there at least 4 days out of 7 monitoring speeds and issuing citations.posted speed on happy valley is 45 mph.if you obey the laws and drive the speed limit he will not look twice at you.be safe!!

Driving West into Roseburg on Hwy 138, as you come down a hill by Hatfield Road, you’ll round a curve and there might be someone waiting for you. Also just before the City Limits sign where there is a 55 MPH sign. It’s a good place to slow down.

motorcycle officer sits in the parking area of the gas station on the north side and shoots radar down across the bridge on OAK street…and can see you coming from downtown on Washington st

25 mph zone but very easy to travel faster than that. Motorcycle cop will sit beside Dr.’s office complex or on the sidewalk of the apartment building. One court session of 20 traffic violations and 12 were from this spot.
