Presidential Boulevard near Houlihan's Resturant   Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania

Comming off of interstate 76 (either way) make a right on presidential blvd. Houlihan's Resturant is on your leFort As you come to the top of the slight incline and start to make your decline there are some white lines painted on the road. I am sure this is where they timed me. As I came down the decent and aroung the slight bend, there was the spotter car with headlights on. Next thing I see are a ton of lights and 6 cars pulled over getting tickets next to the Corinthian Condos. Speed limit is 25mph.

State Route 1 near Route #1, City Avenue. Curve 1/4 mile from intersection with City Avenue.   Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania

Trap between 555 building at the corner of RT 1 and Monument Road, police park afer curve in Presidental Blvd where cannot be seen by traffic coming from RT 1.

149 Montgomery Avenue near Tregaron Road   Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania

From driveway of Union Fire Association at 149 Montgomery Ave. (police car at the local volunteer fire company) Lower Merion Twp. police observe eastbound cars passing over painted lines on Montgomery Ave. at Tregaron Rd (east of Levering Mill Rd.) Police radio ahead 1/4 mile to waiting foot patrol officers who pull over offenders using hand signals on Montgomery Ave. at Bryn Mawr Ave. across from the Korean Church.

ENDRADD -- caught on the friday of memorial day weekend as I was heading to work. Cop was standing in the lane pointing at me to pull to the side. The setup nabbed 5 or 6 other cars as I waited patiently for my $153 yellow gem. Not sure if its always patrolled, as this may be part of the memorial day onslaught of police!

Along Montgomery Ave. Between Pemproke Rd and Bryn Mawr Ave.   Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania

This trap consists of an unmarked, usually blue, Lower Merion Twp.police car parked at a meter just before Main Line MINI, going EASTBOUND on Montgomery Ave. There is a slight valley in the road then an ascending hill. The unmarked car radios description of speeders to six uniformed officers just abouve the crest of that hill, they hide in the parking lot of Summit Court Apartments at corner of Bryn Marw Ave. and Montgomery, at the traffic signal. EVERYONE gets flagged down and told 'Speed Trap, you were exceeding the 25 MPH speed limit'. Sometimes there are 6 cars stacked up waiting for their tickets. Enforcement is once or twice a week either between 8-9 am or between 3-5pm.
