Hamilton / Victoria hill
Going from Costa Mesa to Huntington Beach down Victoria where it turns into Hamilton just before Brookhurst. Cop likes to hang out at the Chase across from the Arco. Faces the hill like he’s at the drive up atm. See him here most evenings.
Adams at border between HB and Costa Mesa.
Could be leaving HB on Adams to Costa Mesa or reverse to HB from CM. Officer sits on the bridge over Santa Ana river. Both HBPD and CMPD can and do use this spot.
Beach and Adams
As you crossover over beach there is La Capilla Restaurant and Thrifty gas where they hide in those parking lots on right hand side
Yorktown East of Beach Blvd.
Big fat motorcycle cop sits in the driveway of the apartments on the Eastbound side of Yorktown where the posted speed is 40 and its really easy to go way over that because of the hill. Radar is used.
On Palm and Cherry Hill
As you go north on Palm there is a stop sign at Cherry Hill (The entrance to Seacliff on the Green development). Frequently there is a cop parked across the street in the park parking lot that will get you as you blow through the stop sign or speed down Palm. Several people I know have gotten tickets there day or night.
