US Highway Pacific Coast near Near Simple Green Boulevard   Huntington Harbour, California

Have seen same officer in pm rush traffic but works traffic in both directions in AM. Likes to sit some days at top of bridge over entrance to Huntington Harbour, just to warn you. then will sit in front of Surf Taco (so side of st.) with radar gun. Speed over bridge is 50 but changes to 40 in Huntington Harbour once you are off bridge. If light is red you may notice and slow down enough to make speed reduction otherwise ticket. My ticket was going other way to go over the bridge. Said I was doing 67! in the 40 mph area. But he did not pull me over for over a 1/2 mile later in Seal Beach! Very weird and so he only wrote me up for lesser speed infraction.
