State College police sit on hill at entrance ramp after the overpass facing South on 322/220 highway after Woodycrest/Toftrees exit.

There is a hidden trail close to the intersection of Fox Hollow Rd and Toftrees Ave. Heading east from the intersection it is about .5 miles on the left and coming from the west (from Penn State campus) it is on the right about .5 mile on the right. Multiple cop cars sit there with a radar in the 35mph zone, but it is very easy to do 55+ on that back road.
