Road is travelled by police all day as they patrol. AM (most common) and PM rush hours – they sit in the business parking lots (about a hundred feet or so back – usually hidden by a building and the business location often changes) and clock cars as they go by. Very common for cars to speed on this road as it is just off the PA turnpike.
