Franconia, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

35mph speed limit. Ticket issued. Police statement stated the officer was conducting speed inforcement at this location using Robic.

Cops sit in a drive on Morwood Rd. just down the hill from Hunsicker Rd. They like to get cars going down the hill because it’s so easy to go faster than the 35 mph speed limit when going down hill. I see a lot of people pulled over there.

The police sit in a private driveway and catch speeders going in either direction. The road is 35MPH but it’s straight and flat and easy to go faster. They sit way back in the driveway and are very hard to see until it’s too late. Be careful!!

Patrol cars sits in a private driveway on a regular basis, midway between Elroy and Cowpath roads, the 35 mph is easy to surpass down hill.
