Police will sit in driveways to catch cars coming down Hilltop Road where the speed limit drops from 35 to 30 (but people go 50 over the bridge over I-79) or cars coming up into Nevillewood through the neighborhood. Department recently added a stealthy unmarked black Dodge Charger.
