Kane, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

About 2 miles Northwest past Kane on Route 6 there is a pull off like a driveway blocked off (a forest trail). This is in the middle of a curve from both directions and the police officer faces oncoming traffic going north west. I’m not sure of the device, but he used a radar that didn’t register on my detector. He asked if I was wearing my belt and I was honest when I said no. He wrote me a warning for speeding and a ticket for the belt. They threw it out when I went to pay for it because the speeding ticket wasn’t written.
