Florissant, Missouri Speed Traps
State Highway 67 N. Lindbergh near Interstate 270 Westbound
Heading southbound on Hwy 67 (Lindbergh) the cameras are just before the traffic light leading to the westbound entrance of I-270 (note:) Please excuse my previous graham rd entry…that’s a whole different speed trap which I shall submit next.
Graham Road near Interstate 270
Southbound on Lindbergh just before the traffic light at the Texaco station. Tickets are rigidly enforced at $100 a pop.
Dunn Road
Stoplight at Dunn & Graham Road as you come off of 270 West. Make sure to stop at light for at least 5 seconds before making Right on Red. I got busted in May.
New Florissant Street near Mile Marker 27 & Interstate 270
intersection camera’s. If you violate one of these entrapments, it is automatically a $100.00 dollar fine. My boy made a stop on a red light and then proceeded to make a right turn and was given a ticket in the mail. They said, that my boy didn’t stay stopped long enough before proceeding. These camera’s are strictly enforced….
N. Waterford Road near State Highway 67 N
On North Waterford there are several residential streets that turn off of it. The police car was parked along one of the intersecting streets, watching cars that passed by. There is usually a police car there twice a week due to the streets proximity to a local high school. My van was starting to stall and I had to give it some gas to keep it going. Next thing I know, this cop is right behind me and signalling for me to pull over. He claims I was doing 37 on a 25mph street, but didn’t specify how he detected my speed. I intend to fight the ticket.
