    The speed limit is 55 because during the short period it was set at 65 the neighborhoods along the bypass complained and had it dropped back down within a month.

    This road is a wide open, free flowing highway that can safely go 65 mph. There is no reason for it to be limited to 55 mph and is frankly, frustrating.

    APD basically writes only for 10 over.

    I whole heartedly agree with the person who wrote the 1st comment. Speed limit should be 65 mph, I'd like to know why it isn't. There is virtually no difference between the Minnesota bypass and the New Seward highway.

    The speed limit is 55, should be 65, but it's a great revenue enhancer for the APD.
