Description: I spotted a county officer sitting in the parking lot of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. It appears to be a speed trap, as the officer's car is sitting back enough that it isn't seen at first. I'm guess this is in relation to the construction on Billingsley Road and the new adjoining neighborhood.

    I have seen police sitting there many times. It's off the road and in the shade. They are not running radar that far off the road. The map is inaccurate. Piney Church Road does not connect with Rt 5. The "radar" location is on the other side of Rt 5.
