There is usually a motorcycle cop on Oaklawn by a tree on the first corner between the I-10 service road and Veterans Blvd. Speed limit is 20. People tend to do about 35 on that street. I see him at least twice a week or more.

One has been on Phlox St. next to East Jefferson High School. This is between Airline and West Metairie.

I've had police set a speed trap on the corner near my house. The odd thing was, he was on Pasadena Ave in Metairie between Airline and W. Metairie, in the neighborhood. I was pleased to see it. Drivers become more dangerous when they cut through neighborhoods at 40 mph to avoid traffic.
