Description: It's posted 35 mph but it is easy to find yourself doing over 45 because it is straight and the water resevoir diverts your attention. They also like to sit in the shadows from the trees down at the apartments closer to Winters Chapel.

    I agree; I got stopped and I was coasting down the slight incline and he was in the church parking lot around lunch time.
