not true, there is only 2 cars without radars (transport vehicles), now that the county has new vehicles, they are all equipped and the officers are all certified.... they will get you, if you're lucky and don't lie to them when stopped you could get away with a warning.....

yes and hwy 63 has got bad about one setting in a place and you pass him then he calls it in to a police officer setting down road and he give you ticket most people don't realize that our police officers here don't have there radar gun training there is only like two or 3 in Jefferson and Lincoln and Cleavland county's. Thought this might help some of you going to court.

Yes, this is true. I have never been stopped there myself, but have seen many that have.
