Description: •When traveling East on Ben White Blvd just after the freeway portion ends, the speed limit drops from 65mph to 45mph due to the fact that this is still designated as a construction zone. Approaching Riverside, there are often multiple cops on motor cycles on the right side. Heaviest enforcement seems to be in the mornings.
