Description: It was an unmarked mini van on the side of the road. I was so surprised! I felt like it was complete entrapment. No signs anywhere like most of the streets or highways that have Photo Radar posted so you're at least prepared!

    •We're not talking excessive speed. We're talking about going a reasonable speed for the conditions. A speed trap is when the conditions clearly dictate an acceptable speed which is above the posted speed limit and law enforcement enforces the posted speed to make money and/or meet a quota. Often, in this situation, someone going the posted speed limit is actually dangerous to others because everyone else is going faster! It is the differential of speed that often cause accidents and a too low posted speed limit can cause this.
