Description: They are targeting the area between Black Mountain Golf Course and Mission Drive. I have not been stopped yet, but I travel this road around 5:30-6:00am daily, and again around 4:00pm and I see others pulled over almost everytime.

    Yeah, this is the only place I've ever been pulled over. It was a 6:46 in the morning. I really think the guy just wanted his end-of-the-month quota. There was no way I was going 65 in a 40. Thankfully the judge let me off with traffic school.
