Description: From one end of the city limit to the other is nothing but a speed trap. Better not go 1 mile over limit.

The Main Street in Kimball is a ghost town now. Most of the buildings are gone. There is no need for a 25 MPH speed limit.

In the early 80's I got a ticket in Kimball. When we were pulled over I had no idea why. I was below the listed limit.
Th officer asked for my information which I produced. He then proceeded to inspect my Plymouth Duster. He checked all lights, tires, wipers, and even the exhaust. By then I was getting angry and my co-worker riding with me reminded me that it was because he was with me. I'm white, Leon was black. In the end I received a ticket for improper registration. I had my current card and several old ones. The city officer said this was illegal and wrote a ticket which the city court upheld.•

I must say I have to agree and that Kimball along with Keystone has as reputation for their spped traps, they are somewhat infamous!
