Description: Traveling towards Route 66 to VA on E street Tunnel expressway. The posted Speed Limit is 30mph on a dual lane expressway? The only posting is at the beginning of the tunnel. The police officer waits just past the tunnel which is curved so you can't see them until it is to late.
