Description: Broad Street on the stretch between Bay Ave. and Watchung Ave. Usually right around the Golf course . the new biker cops have been setting up shooting the radar and stopping the cars they get. They also use the White unmarked SUV with cops ahead on foot

  This is definitely a hot spot in town due to the lack of lights for a mile stretch. (The only lights are pedestrian activated.) Cops are usually tucked in on Glen Ridge Pkwy. They seem to be resonable inasmuch as I've never seen anyone stopped if they keep it under 40 (the limit is 25). BTW, to Anonymous, this is a site about speed traps, not a forum to put down a group of citizens and then to kiss another one's butts.

  I agree. Bloomfield police are only doing their job against the garbage that passes in and out of our town. The police are a fine staff and I support them 100%.
