Description: Interstate 91 between Exits 10 and 12 (Interstate 89 interchange, White River Junction and Wilder) is well signed at 55 mph due to relatively high traffic and tight curves. Police will sit in the U-turn cutouts just prior to Exit 10 heading northbound, and in the U-turn cutout between Exit 11 and 12.

    Agree. They will also ticket you for not using your blinkers since there are signs in the area telling you to do so.•
