Description: While traveling south on Rt. 440 towards Bayonne Bridge, just under the Avenue A sign last exit in NJ Bayonne. He sits in the median. Sunglare at that time usually makes it hard to see him right away.

  Bayonne cop here. Mentioned area also patrolled by P.A.P.D. Again, LOW tolerance for speeders in Bayonne.

  Agree but this spot is usually really watching the traffic coming from the Bayonne bridge and not the traffic heading to the bridge

  Agree about the one on Kennedy Blvd. in front of Hudson County Park...usually on the south side, parked in front of a van or large SUV so he can't be seen as you approach him...Be Careful....they don't let anyone slide in Bayonne!

  There are more than 2 speedtraps in Bayonne. There is one in front of the Bayonne County Park south bound on JFK Blvd. in front of the Kids play ground. There is also another one on Ave. C as soon as you exit Rt. 440 South and turn Right on Ave. C, there is a white building on the left, and he is ther.
